How we handle your personal data when you visit truetech.ai or contact us.

What we collect
Email and phone: when you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and follow up on it.
Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and operations. These are kept for a limited period.
Language selection: when you open the front page, our server looks up which country your IP address belongs to, using a local database, to show the site in Danish or English. The lookup happens on our own server, nothing is sent to third parties, and the result is not stored.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers and does not load content from third-party services. If you choose a language with the ?lang= link, a small functional cookie (lang) remembers your choice for one year.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data based on our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), or to take steps before entering into a contract with you (article 6(1)(b)). We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and our relationship with you, and then delete them.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is only processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf, under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at info@truetech.ai. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
